Today companies are expected to be flexible and both rapidly responsive and resilient to change, which basically asks them to be agile.
But a company will not become agile (in the literal sense of being flexible, responsive, adaptive, and nimble) just by using a backlog at the Board level or by turning all management meetings into stand-up meetings. Thus managers, consultants, and coaches need to understand what agility really means when applied company-wide and not only in IT.
In this lightning talk, I want to explain what the values of the Agile Manifesto mean for company-wide agility and by doing so providing a peak into BOSSA nova: The synthesis of B = Beyond Budgeting, OS = Open Space, S = Sociocracy, and A = Agile.
