Abstract/Description

Agile Coaches are often promoted as the only route to success when pursuing an agile career or attempting an agile transformation. Coaches can provide objective insight and develop new strategies for organizational success. But how often does Agile Coaching actually work? How can your team find an Agile Coach who is both knowledgeable and worth the investment?

Let’s talk! This panel discussion will include subjects such as:
