Putting the AI into Agile The Potential of AI for Coaches and Beyond

Abstract/Description

Whatever your opinion on AI, we can all agree it is having a unique impact on most organizations.

During this workshop, you’ll have the chance to experience a live coaching session utilizing AI – answering your questions and generating discussion. You’ll also hear about the current state of AI in coaching and specific examples of how it is being used and learn about the limitations and ethical considerations of using AI in this field. Case studies of organizations that have successfully implemented AI in their Agile coaching programs will be presented, along with best practices for using AI in Agile coaching.

Learning Outcomes:

Recognize the potential benefits and challenges of using AI in coaching and Agile practice.
How To Implement AI in your own coaching and Agile practices
Experience a live coaching session with AI, Demonstrating how AI can augment and enhance the coaching process
