Abstract/Description

Are you new to agile marketing? Are you feeling like some of the traditional marketing concepts aren’t working for you and your business? If that’s the case, you’re in the right place!

In this talk, you’ll hear about a new marketing approach, called the 4 Ps of Agile Marketing, which builds upon the commonly known 4 Ps of Marketing. We’ll cover how agile marketing is about exercising an agile mindset, relentlessly learning, and bringing customers into the conversation as early and often as possible. Then, you’ll see how agile marketing was put to the test with a product launch. You’ll hear stories of success and failure and learn key marketing ingredients that can lead to successful product launches.

You’ll walk away with practical and actionable behaviors that you can implement to support product launches in support of your organization.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Participants can identify the 4 Ps of Agile Marketing
  • Participants can explain and implement one or more ways to strengthen early collaboration with customers to succeed in the era of business agility.
  • Participants can contrast marketing to sell vs. marketing to serve and apply one or more techniques designed to serve customers
  • Participants can contrast outcomes vs. outputs and will know how to design an outcome-focused experiment
