Abstract/Description

Prioritizing the stories in the backlog of a project with a large team, where the Product Owner does not have much experience in product management is already a big task itself and, in a remote context in the middle of a pandemic, it can be an even greater challenge.

The idea of this lightning talk is to talk about a framework that we created at CESAR to help one of our clients prioritize their user stories within a team that works with Scrum and how this solution is being scaled to other teams, including teams that use processes different agile, such as Kanban.

The framework that will be presented had the participation of the project sponsors, Dev team, design, tests, PO and Scrum master working remotely with a distributed team and was developed by the Experience Design team.
