One of the greatest factors in people feeling like they can bring their true or full self to the work they do is the level of psychological safety they believe exists in the workplace. The global pandemic has taught us that employees are more likely to leave an organization where they don’t feel seen and heard, and in order to create and maintain safe spaces that foster engagement, we need to unlock our Inclusive Leadership power up.
In this interactive session, Christopher Veal will give us a ‘cheat code’ to help level up the way we can encourage and grow inclusive spaces: from team spaces to one-on-one conversations, and in whatever role you have in your organization.
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify factors that enhance psychological safety in the workplace
- Learn the difference between Intention and Impact and how they affect psychological safety
- Describe the CAVE mindset of inclusive leadership
