Abstract/Description

We all remember stories told to us as kids. Some inspired us to build our own world of imagination. Stories are such a powerful and effective tool to convey a message. As Agile Coaches we get opportunities to be part of so many stories that we can use, to share with others. This can then help inspire others to experiment and transform. In this talk I am going to share how I have used Story Telling in my Coaching to build stronger connections and helped individuals and teams challenge their own thinking.
