Ewan O’Leary is a coach for organizations who has over a decade helping companies shift from project-based delivery to product-led ways of working. His approach to transforming ways of working pragmatically incorporates Agile, Lean, Design Thinking — pulling the right tools for the situation rather than applying one framework wholesale. Tanner Wortham is an executive coach and execution architect who helps leaders turn strategy into meaningful, measurable results. Drawing on more than 15 years at companies including LinkedIn and Salesforce and a decade leading Marines, he works with organizations to improve how teams make decisions, collaborate, and deliver without imposing a predetermined framework.
