What is the course like?

Adopting Lean Portfolio Management is a cornerstone for organisations embracing business agility.

Lean Portfolio Management is about taking a holistic view of all the work being undertaken across the whole organisation, including projects, products, and business as usual. It emphasizes being deliberate about where to invest to maximize overall returns aligned with organisational strategy.

Lean Portfolio Management provides a mechanism for organizations to fund and manage the flow of initiatives and activities across the entire enterprise, maximizing value delivered to customers and other stakeholders.
