Kody Fintak
Kody is a software crafter, mentor, and coach focused on applying Extreme Programming (XP) to transform how teams develop software. His purpose is to enable development teams by building safe, collaborative environments and equipping them with the skills to turn quality to 11, embrace change, and create products that are a joy to use and a joy to build. Outside of work, Kody plays guitar, rolls polyhedral dice, and snuggles with his Pomeranian, Sweet Pea.
