With 30+ years in software development, product delivery, and Agile coaching, I’ve seen firsthand what truly helps teams thrive. My focus today is on blending practical agility with modern AI capabilities to reduce waste, elevate thinking, and create more space for the uniquely human work of collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. As the author of the forthcoming book Agile Meets AI (currently in final refinement and legal review) and founder of The SheilaVerse, a live, continuously expanding learning hub for agilists, I create tools, resources, and learning experiences to help the community evolve with clarity and confidence. I am also in the early development of frankee, an AI companion concept to support agilists in applying modern practices with more ease and intention.
