75-Minute Talks or Workshops

We are accepting submissions for informative and engaging 75-minute talks and hands-on workshops. We’re looking for sessions that are designed to teach or develop a certain set of skills. Workshops contain more practical interactive exercises to support learning.

The content of your talk or workshop should fit into one of our new Program Tracks. We want to focus Agile2025 on solving major issues in our industry.

Submission Dates

Submissions open on Friday, December 13, and close on Friday, January 31. Speakers of selected sessions will be notified beginning in mid-March. If you’re ready to submit a talk or workshop to Agile2025, you can start your submission now.

New Speaker or Need Help Writing a Proposal?

We want to help you share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences with other Agile practitioners. Regardless of whether you are a first-time speaker or someone who has lots of stage experience, we know that we cannot address all of the questions you may have here. With that, we have some tips for you to follow:

  • Before you begin, please read the Program and Tracks information and our Submission Tips pages
  • Do your best to complete all sections on the submission form
  • All content must adhere to the Agile Alliance Code of Conduct
  • You must obtain the right to use any copyrighted materials you include in your talks or workshops.

What is our Review Process?

The conference team uses a fair and thoughtful process to review all submissions. This includes having multiple reviewers go over each submission.
