Come learn and share Agile games and exercises that can help to create Aha! moments for yourself, your teams, and those who lead them. Learn more about Game On.
In this workshop, we’ll play one of the StrongSuits games called “Your StrongSuit” which will help us to discover and clarify how we prefer to communicate in teams and how cognitive diversity makes teams stronger. After a short introduction, we’ll play a single-player game on our own to discover our communication style. We’ll then get into breakouts to discuss how we might work together if we were a team!
StrongSuits is a people and team development toolset that uses playing cards and games and is based on 4 main insights from modern psychology:
We’ll be running a single activity for the duration of the session. You’ll get the most out of it if you arrive on time and stay for the whole session. We’ll be using Zoom and Miro for this game. Miro works best on a desktop/laptop browser (rather than a tablet or a mobile). You’ll have the best experience joining from a quiet place where you can have your camera on.
