Abstract/Description

When building Agile teams and work spaces everyone talks about having a diverse team. But what does it truly mean to have a diverse team? More importantly, how do you ensure your diverse team members feel like they belong? This session will define what a diverse team really is and how to ensure your team members all feel welcome. The session will end with a Q&A from the audience to answer questions about their teams and how to foster inclusion.
