The Future of Agile in a Hybrid World

About this video

The Agile Manifesto tells us that “the most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation,” but how can we keep teams connected in a hybrid setting? An increasing number of teams are finding themselves working across time zones or in other hybrid settings. Remote and hybrid work could be an incredible opportunity for Agile practitioners around the world. In this panel conversation co-presented by Agile Alliance and remote:af, April Jefferson, Jim Benson, Renee Troughton, Shane Hastie, Martin Foster, and Ellen Grove joined host Tony Ponton in exploring the impact of hybrid work environments on Agile work.
