In recent years, people always think about new ways to bring more energy and effectiveness to their meetings, events or workshops. One of the ways is Liberating Structures. Liberating Structures are a selection of 33 alternative structures for facilitating meetings and conversations, curated by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless. Liberating Structures are popular all over the world. LS brings everyone the opportunity to work with creativity, openness and respect the diversity. LS also helps everyone in a meeting/ workshop to share their ideas easily. From that, the result and quality of the meeting/ workshop is much better. In Vietnam, Liberating Structures are quite new with less people know about it. Therefore, with the desire to introduce and inspire people more and more about Liberating Structures and how it works, how it helps, we are the pioneer in this Liberating Structures Vietnam Community. And we hope, the more chance we can hold/ support the Liberating Structures meetup/ workshop, the more value and inspiration we can bring to the Liberating Structures Vietnam Community.
