Scale Back Your Enterprise Transformation! Linda Cook

About this video

Enterprise agile adoptions are struggling around the globe. Since the Manifesto for Software Development was written in 2001, people have been trying to scale agile methods at a variety of large organizations. In sixteen years of experimenting with enterprise agile adoptions one of the things we know is that change is hard and change at scale is rarely sustained. Some really smart people have designed agile scaling methods from Enterprise Scrum to SAFe and beyond. Many organizations have tried to adopt agile methods at scale. They spent millions of dollars and countless workdays with minimal success. Why do so many large organizations struggle to adopt agile across software development? What should we, as agileists, do to help solve the challenges of agile enterprise transformation?
